We partner with specialist freight carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across Australia. Each sauna is securely packed and delivered curbside, with full tracking and delivery updates provided via email once your order is dispatched.
How is the sauna packaged for delivery?
Each sauna is packed in a weatherproof timber crate designed for road transport. Components are individually protected inside the crate to prevent damage during transit. The crate is delivered fully enclosed and secured with screws for easy opening on-site.
Are there any unloading requirements?
Saunas are delivered curbside only — not into garages, backyards, or other specific locations. Each unit arrives securely crated and weighs up to 800kg. Upon delivery, you’ll be responsible for opening the crate and moving individual components to your desired assembly area. We recommend having 2–3 people available to assist, and preparing a clear, accessible path from the kerb to your setup location.
What if access to my property is limited?
If your delivery address has steep driveways, tight turns, or low-clearance trees or power lines, let us know in advance. We’ll work with our transport provider to assess access and advise on the best delivery approach. In some cases, alternate delivery arrangements may be needed to ensure safe unloading.
How long does delivery take once my sauna is dispatched?
Delivery timeframes vary by location. In general, metro areas receive their sauna within 3–7 business days after dispatch, while regional or remote areas may take up to 10–14 days. You’ll receive a tracking link and delivery window once your order is on the way.
Can I delay my delivery if I’m not ready to receive it yet?
Yes, we can hold your sauna in our warehouse for a limited period if you’re not ready to receive it. Let us know your preferred timing as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.
Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes. Once your sauna leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery window. Our logistics partner will also contact you prior to delivery to confirm access requirements and timing.
Is someone required to be home during delivery?
Yes. As the sauna is delivered curbside, someone must be present to receive the crate, inspect for any visible damage, and sign for delivery. You’ll be notified of the scheduled delivery day in advance.
What should I do if there’s damage during delivery?
In the unlikely event of visible damage upon arrival, please take clear photos before opening the crate and contact us immediately. Our support team will work quickly to resolve any issues and replace affected parts where necessary.
Can the crate be delivered directly into my backyard or garage?
No — delivery is curbside only. The crate will be placed at the front of your property or the nearest accessible flat area. You’ll need to move the individual components from there to your chosen assembly location.
Do I need any special equipment to move the sauna parts?
No heavy machinery is required. Once the crate is opened, all components are designed to be carried manually by 2–3 people using basic lifting techniques.
Will the delivery company contact me before arriving?
Yes. Once your sauna has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information and the local freight partner will be in touch to arrange a delivery window.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Yes — provided the sauna hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact our support team as early as possible if your delivery address changes after purchase.
