Kindra Pty Ltd supplies architectural outdoor saunas and operates kindrasaunas.com. These terms explain what to expect when you browse our website or place an order with us.

Your Order and Payment

Orders are confirmed when we accept your order and receive the required payment. Please check your finish, heater, delivery address and site requirements carefully. Prices are shown in the selected market’s currency. Your order or accepted quote sets out the products, delivery, any assembly service, applicable taxes and payment schedule.

Where a 50% deposit is offered, it is calculated on the entire agreed order total, including delivery and any Expert Assembly. The remaining balance is due before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing. Ownership passes once payment is complete; responsibility for the goods passes on delivery to you, subject to applicable law.

We may correct an obvious listing error or decline an order we cannot fulfil. We will contact you before making a material change to an accepted order. If we cancel without supplying it, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered goods.

Delivery and Site Preparation

Our Delivery page explains how to prepare. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will keep you informed of material delays and work with you on a practical solution; statutory rights relating to delayed delivery remain available.

Please disclose access restrictions before we quote. You are responsible for a suitable, level base, any required permissions and clear access. Additional freight, lifting, storage or redelivery costs resulting from undisclosed restrictions or a site that is not ready must be reasonable and explained before they are incurred wherever practicable.

Electrical installation is separate from cabin assembly. Arrange a licensed electrician to confirm power compatibility and install the heater in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations. Follow all supplied assembly, operation and care guidance.

Changes, Cancellations and Returns

Contact us promptly if your plans change. Our Cancellation Policy explains pre-dispatch changes and any reasonable, evidenced costs. Our Refund Policy covers change-of-mind returns, faults and refunds. A deposit is not automatically forfeited.

For genuinely bespoke work, any special terms will be disclosed before you order. Standard finish or heater selections do not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights.

Natural Materials and Product Care

Timber varies in colour, grain and texture and naturally changes with outdoor exposure. Photographs are a guide, and screens can display colours differently. Normal weathering or minor cosmetic variation is distinct from a manufacturing fault; this does not excuse goods that fail to match their description or applicable quality standards.

We may make minor improvements that do not materially reduce the agreed specification, quality or performance. We will seek your agreement before supplying a materially different product.

Warranty and Consumer Rights

Read our Warranty page for the sauna warranty and separate heater coverage. Commercial warranty conditions do not replace your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees and applicable rights in your country or province. This includes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent permitted by law, Kindra is not responsible for business losses or damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or installation contrary to the supplied instructions. This does not exclude our responsibility for a defect or loss for which we are legally liable.

Our Website and Designs

Kindra’s trade marks, product designs, photography and documentation belong to Kindra or their respective owners. You may use the supplied guides to install and care for your sauna. Commercial copying or use requires written permission, except where allowed by law.

Please do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe another person’s rights. Third-party websites and booking services have their own terms. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse.

We will ask before using identifiable customer photographs or testimonials in our marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

If Something Changes

Events beyond our reasonable control may affect supply or delivery. We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and explain your options. This does not remove any right you have to cancel or receive a refund under applicable law.

The terms accepted when an order is placed govern that order. Updates apply prospectively. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply. New South Wales, Australia law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
