What’s Covered
• Structural Integrity: Protection against defects in the frame, cladding, and overall construction.
• Timber Durability: Coverage for timber cracking, warping, or damage caused by manufacturing defects.
• Glass Components: Warranty for defects in the tempered glass door, including sealing or manufacturing flaws.
• Stainless Steel Fixtures: Includes 316 stainless steel components for corrosion resistance and long-term performance.
What’s Not Covered
While our warranty provides extensive coverage, the following exclusions apply:
• Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, or neglect.
• Unauthorised Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised individuals or service providers.
• Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear over time that does not impact the sauna’s functionality.
• Cosmetic Damage: Minor scratches, dents, or imperfections that do not affect performance.

30 Day Returns
We understand that purchasing a sauna is a significant investment, and we’re here to help if you need to make a return. Please review the details of our return policy below:
Return Eligibility
• Products Covered: All Kindra sauna products.
• Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Unopened Crates Only: Returns are only eligible for saunas in unopened crates. For unique circumstances, please email us at admin@kindrasaunas.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Restocking Fee
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all sauna returns to cover processing, inspection, and handling costs.
Return Shipping
• Kindra-Organised Freight: We will arrange secure return shipping. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Product Weight: Saunas weigh up to 800kg, so proper packaging is critical to avoid damage during transit.
• Original Packaging: Saunas must be returned in their original flat-packed packaging or an equivalent alternative to ensure protection during shipping.
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Support: Email us to initiate your return. You’ll receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and details about the freight arrangement.
2. Secure Packaging: Carefully pack the sauna, including all components, to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping: Provide the packaged sauna to the Kindra-organised freight service. Ensure the RA number is clearly labelled on the package.
4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the return, we’ll inspect the sauna. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if eligibility criteria are met.
5. Refund Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
• Products that are damaged due to misuse, not in their original condition, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.
