What’s Not Covered

While our warranty provides extensive coverage, the following exclusions apply:

• Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, or neglect.

• Unauthorised Repairs: Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorised individuals or service providers.

• Disassembly/Relocation: Any damage or required repairs resulting from disassembly, relocation, or modifications.

• Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear over time that does not impact the sauna’s functionality.

• Cosmetic Damage: Reasonable minor scratches, dents, or surface imperfections that do not affect performance. These are common in saunas and are nearly impossible to avoid, as the soft timbers can experience cosmetic marking during transport or mass production.
