We recommend speaking with a licensed electrician as early as possible after placing your order. Electrical requirements vary depending on the heater selected, so please share the relevant electrician scope of work and heater manual with your electrician before installation.

Your sauna must be installed on a flat, stable and structurally suitable surface, such as compact gravel, pavers, or a concrete slab. The surface should be prepared before delivery and able to support the sauna safely over time.

If Expert Assembly is included in your order, our assembly team will bring the flat-packed sauna from your kerbside delivery location to your preferred build site, complete the assembly, remove packaging and waste once installation is complete.

Expert Assembly does not include electrical work, hanging the heater, wiring the heater, or fitting LED lighting. These items should be completed by a licensed electrician during the electrical connection.
